About Thor and Frank Meyer
Frank Meyer has been collaborating with Canadian heavy metal gladiator Thor since the mid-‘90s, when he interviewed the cult hero for a feature in POPsmear Magazine, where Frank served as the Music Editor. The two hit it off and started collaborating, with Frank co-writing, playing guitar, and producing various songs for Thor, culminating with 2005’s album Thor Against The World (Smog Veil Records).
Frank has since produced/co-written/performed on Thor’s Cleopatra Records albums Alliance, Hammer of Justice, Rising, and the critically acclaimed epic Metal Avenger, which features Henry Rollins, Betsy Bitch, and members of Twisted Sister, Kix, Dead Boys, Adolescents, DOA, Virgin Steel, and many more.
Frank also co-produced and appeared in the award-winning 2015 documentary film I Am Thor.
